Publish Your Case in TeethXpress Magazine

BioHorizons offers a unique opportunity to have your case featured in an international magazine, while at the same time helping patients across the world learn about the many benefits of dental implant treatment. Along with other informative content, TeethXpress magazine showcases several patient stories in each issue. We invite you, as a valued customer, to share your best BioHorizons implant cases with our international audience. To have your work considered, please submit your case photos using the form below.

Don't have professional "after" portraits? Don't worry, if your case is selected we'll have a professional photographer take portraits of your patient.

Please note: If your case is chosen for publication, we will not be able to credit you by name in the article because the magazine will be distributed in many different dental offices. However, you will be free to publicize the work as your own when you distribute your copies of the magazine. By submitting your case, you authorize BioHorizons to use intraoral before and after images in TeethXpress magazine and other promotional materials. A photography release form will be required from the patient before any full facial photos are used.

We're looking for the following types of cases:
  • Single implants (anterior and posterior cases)
  • Implant bridges
  • Overdentures
  • Full arch rehabilitation on four, five or six implants
  • Tooth loss and aging (having teeth replaced made the patient appear much younger)
  • Implants as a component in a complete smile makeover
  • Same-day tooth replacement case
  • AlloDerm™ and Striate+™ grafting cases

Send Us Your Cases

Provide your contact information, tell us about your cases and select your files from your computer to send! Photos must be high resolution and must include clinical before and after photos, a full-face patient photo and radiographs. For before-and-after images, we prefer to receive those of full faces, if possible. But all case images are welcome!
